About Us
Our goal is to empower individuals and organizations with cutting edge emergency medical training and and Missouri State EMT and Paramedic Testing. We offer a full range of learning options including classroom training, on-site training, online learning and skills testing. Classes are customized based on knowledge and comfort level and are structured to ensure the most efficient use of your time. Flexible class schedules including day, weekend and evening sessions are available along with same day certification cards. We have trained over 50,000 individuals in American Heart Association continuing education courses. We also have extensive experience training large hospital groups.
In addition to classes, we are the leading provider of Missouri State EMT-B Psychomotor hands on examinations and the only Missouri state provider of National Registry Advanced EMT and Paramedic Examinations. We offer approximately 40 EMT exams per year and 20 Paramedic Exams per year throughout the state.

Basic Life Support For Healthcare Providers
Online Heartcode BLS and Skills Testing
HeartCode BLS is the AHA’s BLS blended learning delivery method. Blended learning is a combination of eLearning, in which a student completes part of the course in a self-directed manner, followed by a hands-on skills session.
ACLS For Healthcare Providers
ACLS is geared towards healthcare professionals who either direct or participate in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest or other cardiovascular emergencies or personnel in emergency response. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years. Please contact your employer to ensure that you are selecting the correct course.
PALS for Healthcare Providers
PALS is geared towards healthcare providers who respond to emergencies in infants and children and for personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care and critical care units. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years. Please contact your employer to ensure that you are selecting the correct course.
Heartsaver CPR/First Aid
Heartsaver courses are designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory (for example, OSHA), or other requirements. Are the Heartsaver courses right for me? Heartsaver courses are ideal for workforce employees (for example construction, childcare, health & fitness, hospitality, and more) or for those who want to be prepared for an emergency in any setting.

PEARS For Healthcare Providers
Lhe goal of the PEARS Provider Course is to improve outcomes for pediatric patients by preparing healthcare providers in assessment, early recognition, prompt communication, and initial intervention in patients with respiratory emergencies, shock, and cardiopulmonary arrest by using high-performance team dynamics.
ACLS For The Experienced Provider
The AHA’s ACLS EP Course is designed for those who are proficient in performing BLS and ACLS skills, reading and interpreting ECGs, understanding ACLS pharmacology; and who regularly lead or participate in emergency assessment and treatment of prearrest, arrest, or postarrest patients.
